The Lovely Bones

Four writers, no point: I don't know how Peter Jackson could have possibly made a worse movie than this.

I do get the distinct impression, though, that if he coulda-- he woulda.

The Tooth Fairy

The Rock as The Tooth Fairy-- love the concept, but I get the impression that a hundred monkeys at a typewriter could've come up with a better script than the six fools who DID write this.

Still, I liked it better than "Avatar."

The Book of Eli

What was that movie about-- zombies, the post-apocolypse, religious zealotry?

No matter what, I'm not sure why any of these people bothered (I know I wish I hadn't).

The September Issue

Allegedly a real-life look at the working life of Vogue editor & Prada-wearing devil Anna Wintour, this piece of fluff comes off as more of a love letter.

If I want a documentary on this person, I'll ask Michael Moore to do it.

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus

Heath Ledger turns into Johnny Depp turns into Jude Law turns into Colin Ferrell, leaving viewers' heads spinning.

Only one thing is for certain: Vern Troyer cannot act.

Sherlock Holmes

Very entertaining, very James Bond-y, even a bit Brokeback Mountain-y.

Maybe next time, Jude Law should be the one on top...?

Youth in Revolt

Funniest Michael Cera film in quite a while, lots of LOL moments.
If you'd ever wondered how Cera might be as a rude French (redundant?) kid, this is the movie for you.
