Offers just enough resolution to leave room for a sequel.

This is an Art Film, though, so I know there will be no sequel--thank goodness.

Contraband

Not Marky-Mark’s best effort, to say the least. 

In the film’s defense, though, I think anybody walking in should be smart enough to know exactly what type of crap they are exposing themselves to.

The Mechanic

Watchable (-ish)(sorta), but witless & overwrought.

Are we really supposed to root for a main character who we can see from the beginning of the film is flat-out stupid--and why would Jason Statham want to play said stupid guy?
